Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping time: Orders are shipped from our warehouse via international standard air mail. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location.

Shipping rates: A flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update online.

Customs & duties: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
